REGISTRATION IN THE RESERVED AREA POLICY ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF THE ITALIAN PRIVACY CODE (LEGISLATIVE DECREE No. 196 DATED 30 JUNE 2003, HEREINAFTER THE “CODE”)
The data on the form below are required to register in "My Calligaris" reserved area of this website.
Access to the website reserved area is only for end consumers, therefore the company reserves the right to verify whether the user has the conditions and characteristics required for the use of the services offered within said area and to enable or prevent access, at any time and at its sole and unquestionable discretion.
Should access not be granted or later withdrawn, users shall be promptly informed of that through an e-mail to the e-mail address provided upon registration and the data conferred shall be deleted.
Registration in the reserved area enables download of non-anonymous persistent cookies that allow us to identify users’ name on the basis of the personal data submitted upon registration.
Information collected by cookies concerns website navigation only and it is not related to browsers and/or users’ computers.
Persistent cookies are stored in the computer of the registered user for 90 days from the last website navigation; please note that unwanted cookies may be deleted in your browser settings.
By registering in the reserved areas of the site users provide their consent pursuant to Section 23 of the Code to the processing of their personal data by means of cookies for the purposes and according to the procedures indicated.
Registration in the reserved area allows users to access the following functions, which are not available on the website public section:
consultation of the Calligaris S.p.A. price list;
independent management of a “watch list” where users can enter the items they are interested in, which are stored in the system;
reception of promotional or marketing material (provided that the user has given their consent);
management of personal data, including, among other things, data rectification and deletion, as provided for by Section 7 of the Code.
Personal data processing
Personal data submitted upon registration shall be processed in compliance with the Code and the related protection obligations. Processing shall be carried out according to the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency.
Mandatory data and data voluntarily supplied
Data are supplied by the user voluntarily. For the purposes of registration, data marked by a star are mandatory; any other field may be filled in on a voluntary basis.
Procedure and purposes of processing
Data shall be mainly processed using IT and computerized systems, protected by appropriate preventive security measures. The “minimum security measures” provided for by the Technical Regulations attached to the Code shall apply.
Data shall be exclusively used for the above mentioned purposes; they may be used for sending promotional and marketing materials only if users have given their prior consent.
Data submitted shall be retained for the duration of the services requested. They might be retained for a longer time as required by law and for the duration set forth in the provisions thereof.
Data access and communication areas
Data may be accessed by people involved in the performance of the activities necessary to provide the requested services and in the management of the IT systems. Data shall not be disclosed to the public and may be communicated to third parties only in case of services strictly connected to the user’s specific request (for example, businesses interested in the distribution of advertising material). The conferral of data to Public Bodies pursuant to current laws and regulations remains unprejudiced.

Exercise of the rights provided for by Section 7 of the Code
Users are entitled to exercise the main rights provided for by Section 7 of the Code directly in the reserved area section dedicated to the management of personal data; in particular users will be able to modify their personal data, delete them, as well as withdraw their consent to the their processing for the purposes of sending marketing material, if previously provided.
