Policy on processing of personal data according to Section 13 of the Italian Personal Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, no. 196, hereinafter “Code”)
The form below requires you to submit data necessary for application for a job, under terms and conditions to be established.
Registration allows Calligaris s.p.a. to:

Assess the professional profile received;

Assess, at its discretion, whether it is advisable to invite the applicant, eventually at some time in the future, to a selection interview;

If considered advisable, share the data with other companies belonging to the same group, should the data submitted be held to be of interest to the same;

Store the data for a period of 24 months, or until the date on which the data subject requests cancellation
Processing of personal data
The personal data supplied by you upon registration shall be processed in compliance with the Code and the related protection obligations; processing shall be based on fairness, lawfulness and transparency principles.
Compulsory and non-compulsory data
The data are submitted by users on a voluntary basis. Starred data are compulsory for the registration; filling in any other information fields is optional.
Manner and purpose of processing
The data shall mainly be treated with the aid of information and screen-based systems which have been protected by appropriate preventive safety measures. The “minimum safety measures” set forth in the Technical Specifications attached to the Code shall apply.
The data shall be used solely for the abovementioned purposes.
The data submitted shall be retained for a period of 24 months or until the request for cancellation by the data subject, should this be submitted beforehand, and may only be further retained if required by law and only for the durations set forth in the relevant provisions.
Access to data and areas of communication
Data may be accessed by staff involved in selection and hiring processes and management of the information systems concerned. The data shall not be disseminated to the public and can be shared with other companies belonging to the same group for the purposes of staff selection. This is without prejudice to the possibility of sharing the data with Public Bodies if required so under the laws in force.

Exercising the rights under Section 7 of the Code – Data cancellation requests
You may exercise the rights set forth in Section 7 of the Code, including and specifically to request cancellation of your personal data, by e-mailing your request to privacy@calligaris.it; holders of such rights will receive a response according to the procedures laid down by the Code.
